Job description:
- Manage all kind of purchase (Raw material, Packing material, Maintenance engineering material, Local purchase) Prepare Purchase Orders in ERP System – Tally Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for materials Maintain records of goods ordered and received Planning & procurement of goods and material within specified time period Vendor Development Documentation of all commercial matter Vendor evaluation in terms of quality, cost & timely delivery Cost negotiation with vendors Collecting Material from Transport. Co-ordinate with Q.C. Dept., Store Dept., & Account Dept. for daily inward material received Arrangement for Local Cash Purchase from the Local Market – Need to go through personal vehicle – Company will reimburse traveling cost Regular follow-up with Vendors & other parties for Material for timely delivery Regular GRN entries in Tally System
