WALK-IN INTERVIEW FOR ZYDUS

We are recruiting for our OSD & Transdermal Unit, Ahmedabad. 

Production / Packing Department – Transdermal (Semi Solid) 

Ø  Production Supervisor: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.E / B.Tech with 2-8 years of experience in Production department. Candidates should have exposure to shop floor production activities for external preparation which includes cream, ointment, lotion, patches, ODF and MDS as well as documentation. Candidates having experience in OSD and injectables and willing to work in transdermal can also attend the interview. Candidates having Engineering background with pharmaceuticals experience and willing to work in manufacturing can also attend the interview. 

Ø  Plant Operator / Technical Assistant – Packing: ITI / Diploma with 3 – 8 years of experience in packing department. Candidates should have exposure to Cartonator machine operation / Track & Trace, Check Weigher, Vision inspection System. 

Ø  Apprentice: Fresher ITI/Diploma and B.E. Candidate those who are interested to work in Pharma company.

Quality Control Department: 

ØOfficer / Executive (Analyst): B. Pharm / M.Sc. with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in qualification of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, dissolution apparatus and UV visible spectrometer. Candidates should also have experience in GMP compliance and self-inspection of analytical labs, document review and finished product release in LIMS. Candidates should also have exposure of QMS trending for Lab review of various types of reports and protocols. 

Male candidate preferred for this role.

Engineering Department: (Transdermal)

Ø Executive / Sr. Executive (Instrumentation): B.E. / B. Tech in instrumentation with 2-4 Years of experience in pharmaceuticals industry. Candidate should be responsible for preventive maintenance of plant/utility equipment. Candidate should have experience in preparation and execution of documentation related to computer system validation (CSV). Candidate should have experience in QMS system like Change control, Deviation, Risk assessment. Having experience in troubleshooting area of SCADA, PLC and instruments.

Ø Executive / Sr. Executive (HVAC/Water System/Utility): B.E. / B. Tech with 2-4 Years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in Operation and maintenance of HVAC, Chiller, BMS & Air Compressor. Candidate should be responsible for preventive maintenance of utility equipment. Candidate should have experience in preparation and execution of documentation related to utility. Candidate should have experience in QMS system like Change control, Deviation, Risk assessment. Having experience in troubleshooting area of utility.

Engineering Department: (OSD)                    

ØElectrical Operator: ITI / Diploma: For Distribution side with DG, Transformer, HT, LT side operation and maintenance. 

ØInstrumentation Calibration Technician: ITI / Diploma: Preventive Maintenance and break down calls of critical Instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution Tester, Disintegration Tester, Analytical Weighing Balance, Friability Tester , Hardness Tester and others instruments 

ØWater System Operator: ITI / Diploma: Daily Operation and Maintenance of Water system. Break down Maintenance, Sanitisation, Vent filter integrity, Solution Preparation activity. Daily print out verification 

ØPlant Maintenance / Process Equipment Operator: ITI / Diploma: Responsible for attending day to day Machinery breakdown jobs in Granulation/Compression/Coating/Packing area in compliance with cGMP practices and to ensure smooth functioning of above systems. To check and review preventive maintenance, general maintenance, breakdown maintenance and AMC activity. PPM Documentation. SOP Preparation and qualification of process equipment
