Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant: ITI / Diploma having 3 – 8 years of experience in operating machines like, Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang,  KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection. Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO) Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

Packing:

Ø   Plant Operator/Technical Assistant: ITI/Diploma with 3-12 years of experience in operating machines like CVC bulk packing, sachet packing, blister packing machines (BQS, ACG, Pam Pac), performing line clearance, operating and cleaning equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.

Engineering:  Executive/Sr. Executive : Process Equipment(Electrical)

Weekly scheduling, planning and execution of preventive maintenance and breakdown related activities of equipment such as FBD, FBP, RMG, coating, compression, capsule, sifter, stirrer, multi-mill, co-mill, collide mill, blister etc.

Maintaining records for Preventive maintenance activities and  machine breakdown activities. and responsible for attending day-to-day machine breakdown jobs, adhering to cGMP practices in aforesaid areas.

Carrying out of machine break down analysis to identify repeatedly occurring problems.

   Instrumentation Engineer

Knowledge of PLC,HMI & SCADA programming (Eg. Mitsubishi, Allen Bredley, Siemens, Zenon, NI etc)

Knowledge of Instrument like Temperature sensor, Pressure transmitter, pressure switch, Proximity sensor, VFD integration, Servo mechanism, calibration activity, SAP system. Troubleshooting of hardware issue (IPC,HMI, PLC, Instrument).Preventive knowledge of IPC / SCADA system.  Operation principle with instrument of OSD equipment (Like RMG, FBD, Compression, Visual inspection, Coater machine etc.) Documentation work like, Breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance activity, change control, CAPA etc.

Ø   Plant Operator/Technical Assistant: Diploma / ITI with 3- 12 years of experience in plant maintenance, fitter, electrician, instrument mechanic, engineering stores and HVAC validation / chiller / BMS Operator. Candidates should have experience in preventive maintenance and breakdown in maintenance of OSD plant equipment, troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems and instrument and calibration of OSD plant equipment. They should have knowledge and experience in instruments – sensors, PLC, HML, SCADA, and experience in calibration activities.

Warehouse:

Ø     Officer / Sr. Executive:  – Dispensing : B.Sc. with 3 – 7 years of experience in handling warehouse activities like dispensing, raw material, Packaging material, Finish goods of Oral Solid dosage, online documentation and reconciliation of materials. Experience in handling physical stock verification & QMS documentation. Experience in SAP is preferable.

Ø  Technical Assistant / Operator : BSc with 2 to 5 years of experience in handling warehouse activities like dispensing, raw material, Packaging material, Finish goods of Oral Solid dosage, online documentation and reconciliation of materials.

For all the positions, candidate having exposure in pharmaceutical company, regulatory requirements of documentation and cGMP will be added advantage.
