1. Demand Planner – EMB Market

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.E. + MBA (Operations / SCM)

Role Overview:
Demand forecasting, FG inventory management, monthly production planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Forecasting and demand planning.
• FG inventory management.
• Monthly MRP-based planning.
• Coordination with RA, QA, Marketing, P&D, and Manufacturing.
• S&OP participation.
• Handling market demand changes and new launches.

2. Demand Planner – US Market

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0 – 5+ years
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.E. + MBA (Operations / SCM)

Role Overview:
Ensure continuous supply to regulated US markets through accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and supply alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage FG availability
• Conduct demand and scenario analysis.
• Align supply constraints with business requirements
• Participate in S&OP reviews
• Inventory health improvements
• Work with automation partners.

3. Supply Planner – US Market (Plant Role)

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 5– 8years
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Tech

Role Overview:
Plan and coordinate production and materials to ensure manufacturing readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Weekly production planning and reviews
• RM/PM planning (JIT approach)
• Managing long lead-time materials
• Inventory movement and control
• SAP S4HANA/ECC documentation
• Participation in S&OP and site projects

4. IT – CSV (Computer System Validation) – Plant Role

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3-5  years
Qualification: BCA / MCA

Role Overview:
IT validation, compliance documentation, audits, user access, and system management within plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• User Access Management
• System qualification documentation
• QMS: CAPA, Deviations, Change Control
• Backup, restoration, system troubleshooting
• Compliance audits and reviews
• Network failure drills and system checks

5. Site Lead – IT Infra Operations (Plant Role)

Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 10+ years

Key Responsibility Areas:
• Server, storage, LAN/WAN operations
• Data center operations
• Backup and recovery management
• IT incident resolution, patching, antivirus/EDR

Technical Responsibilities:
• Server administration and network maintenance
• ManageEngine, PRTG monitoring
• Veritas/Veeam backup solutions
• CrowdStrike EDR, CyberArk PAM
• ITSM processes (Asset, Incident, Problem, Change)
• Ensuring pharma IT compliance and CSV adherence
