Production.
Production: Operator (Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping & Lyophilizer) :D. Pharm/DME/ITI with 1 to 7 Years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping, Lyophilizer.
Production: Shift In charge. : B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.E /B.Tech. with 6 to 10 years of experience supervising and controlling production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave and Lyophilizer. Exposure of machine qualification activity will be added advantage.
Engineering.
Engineering: Process Maintenance – Operator: Diploma/ITI with 1 to 6 Years of relevant experience in the maintenance & operations of HVAC, AHUs, Water System & handling of breakdown, Process maintenance, Instrumentation and calibration of Process equipment for Injectable Manufacturing Plant.
Quality Control.
Q.C. Microbiology: Officer/ Executive: M.Sc. (Microbiology) with 1 to 6 years of experience in Injectable doses form Should have experience in Media & Culture management, M.L.T., Growth Promotion test, Bio-burden test, Water monitoring (Sampling & Testing), Environment monitoring (Viable & Non-viable) in aseptic area & Identification of environmental isolates.Exposure of Qualification of instruments and Equipment in different category will be added advantage.
Quality Control (Analyst-Biotech): Officer/Executive: M.Sc./M.Tech having 2 to 4 years of experience in Biotechnological products (like recombinant proteins, hormones, monoclonal antibodies, cytokines) HPLC & Electrophoresis related analysis.
Quality Control (Analyst- Chemical): Officer/Executive: Pharm/M.Sc. with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience on HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus and UV –Visible Spectrometer. Should also have knowledge of weight analysis, stability studies, for Injectable dosage forms.Also require candidate with experience of Bio Assay QMS and analytical data Review.
Packing.
Packing: Operator (Packing) D.Pharm/DME/ITI with 1 to 7 Years of relevant experience in operations and trouble shooting packing line machine i.e Plunger insertion cum labeling, vial labeling, Blister, Cartonator, Track & Trace. Should have knowledge of challenge test and rejection handling.
Packing: Shift In charge. B.E /B.Tech./B. Pharm with 2 to 7 years of experience supervising and controlling Packing areas. Should have exposure of handling packing machine PFS/Vial/Cartridge automatic packing line.
Quality Assurance
Executive/ Sr. Executive: (IPQA/Validation/Analytical QA)B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/ M.Sc. with 2 to 8 Years of relevant experience in IPQA / Validation/ Qualification or analytical QA related activities in Injectable Manufacturing Plant.
For all the positions, candidates should also have sound knowledge cGMP documentation and must be familiar with cGMP requirements.
