Job Description/Skills Required
- We are recruiting for our Greenfield, formulation manufacturing plant located at Ahmedabad.
- Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager – Quality Assurance (IPQA / Qualification/QMS) B. Pharm / M.Sc. / M. Pharm with 7 to 10 Years of relevant experience of IPQA, Qualification, and QMS related activities in Oral Solid Dosage Manufacturing facilities.
- Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager – Quality Assurance (QA in QC) B. Pharm / M.Sc. with 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience in analytical QA like Monitoring of lab. Activities and QMS Investigation. Should have Knowledge about GLP requirements, Chromatography, Lab Softwares GMP regulations, Current regulatory trends and expectations.
- Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager – Quality Control (Analyst/Reviewer) B.Sc. /B. Pharm/M.Sc. with 4 to 10 years hands-on experience on analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus, UV Visible Spectrometer. Candidate may also have exposure of weight Analysis, Stability Studies, for Oral Solid Dosage / Parenteral form.
- Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager – Quality Control (Analyst/Reviewer) B.Sc. /B. Pharm/M.Sc. with 6 to 10 years hands-on experience on Analytical Lab GLP and QMS activities like instrument qualifications of hardware, CSV and SOP preparation. Schedule and non-schedule calibrations.
- Technical Assistant – Operator, OSD Production Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy having 5 – 10 Years of experience in operating machines like Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), ACG Encapsulation machine, Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), CVC Bulk Packing and Blister Packing Machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac). Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
- Technical Assistant – Operator, OSD Packing Diploma Engineer / Pharmacy having 5 – 10 Years of experience in operating machines like CVC Bulk Packing and Blister Packing Machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac). Perform line clearance, operation and cleaning of equipment / instrument / auxiliary items.
- Deputy Manager / Associate Manager / Manager Shift Incharge, OSD Production B. Pharm / M.Pharm with 10 -15 years of experience in supervising and controlling production areas like Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection, Packing. Responsible to plan for the manufacturing of batches in coordination with PPMC. To monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities.
- Deputy Manager / Associate Manager / Manager Shift Incharge, OSD Packing B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc with 10 -15 years of experience in supervising and controlling Bottle / Blister Packing areas. To monitor line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instrument, auxiliary items. To carry out qualification activities. To initiate QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation). To handle manpower and allocate daily activities.
