Job Description/Skills Required :
- To perform risk assessment for identification of Critical Process Parameters and Critical Design Aspects of equipment design and functionalities.
- To prepare qualification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ, Revalidation & Periodic Review in accordance with laid down systems/procedures.
- To execute qualification program in coordination with cross functional team and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/approved third party.
- To prepare, validate and implement operation and cleaning procedures for equipment after imparting training to user groups.
- To qualify operators/users with respect to equipment cleaning.
- To qualify process areas as per defined protocol with proper documentation.
- To identify, investigate, document & notify discrepancies identified during qualification activities to department head & QA.
