Recruiting Electrical and Mechanical Engineer for Engineering Department at our Zydus Biologics Unit, Biotech Park, Ahmedabad
Mechanical Engineer:
- Having BE Mechanical with 2-3 Years of experience in OM & PM of Clean Utilities (PW/WFI/Pure Steam Generation & distribution system, HVAC system) and plant process equipment. To review and maintain GMP documentation like log books, log sheet & QA authorized records. Responsible for timely execution of performance verification for clean utilities and HVAC system. Preparation of QMS documentation-Change control, Deviation, CAPA, Investigation, Risk Assessment.
Electrical Engineer:
- Having BE Electrical with 8-10 Years of experience in O&M of facility, utility, HVAC, HT & LT distribution , DG sets, UPS, Transformers, power changeovers, PCC, MCC, DBs etc. Load list & SLD preparation. Must be familiar with ELV system design and execution i.e. BMS/EMS/FAS/CCTV/PA/DI/ACCESS etc. Planning & execution for effective PM & breakdown maintenance of electrical system. Electrical safety like as LOTO system, PTW & PPEs etc. SOP preparation, cGMP compliance, Qualification & QMS (CC/Deviations/CAPA) documentation etc. Preference will be given to those who had worked in Biotech, injectable pharma plant & working in SAP, Trackwise, Documentum software system.
For all the above positions, candidates having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation and cGMP/GLP is essential.
