Job description:-.
- Handling relevant inquiries on the trade portals (Alibaba, IndiaMart, and TradeIndia)
- Requesting for quotations on Alibaba
- Updating the existing products through market search on various Social networking Sites
- Making, maintaining and updating customer follow sheet
- Following Up with customers and updating the management with follow up sheet on a monthly basis
- Coordinating the design as per customer requirement
- Coordinating with regulatory affairs/quality assurance/business operations for content checking
- Searching for distributors, finding new markets, updating on the new products
- Coordinating on sample and promotion material dispatch
