Job Description/Skills Required

1. Responsible for analytical method transfer activities and QC testing for all biological products.
2. To plan the inline analysis of raw material, In process, Bulk API, Finished Product, Packaging Material and Stability samples.
3. Representation of Microbiology Biotech product testings.
4. Responsible to coordinate microbiology testings and coordinate with microbiology In Charge to arrange necessary material which are required for Biotech product testings.
5. Responsible to arrange all the requirements to carryout Biotech product testings.
6. To review the analytical raw data of Raw material, In process, Bulk-API, Finished Product, Packing Materials, and Stability samples analysis.
7. To prepare the certificate of analysis of Raw material, Finished Product, and Stability samples.
8. To review and verify the calibration records and daily usage log books .9. To review and check analytical test data sheets prepared for Raw material, In process, Bulk-API, Finished product and stability analysis.10. To review and prepare required Standard operating procedures of quality controlled related of Biotech products.
