Job Description/Skills Required

• Domain Knowledge: 2-4 Yrs. experience in US Healthcare (RCM) medical coding & 1 year of QA experience
• Key Skills: AAPC certification is mandatory
• Experience in medical coding & good knowledge about RCM model.
• Experience in specialty (Surgery/EM)
• Good in anatomy & Physiology. Should have good exposure to ICD10 and CPT.
• Exposure on coding for at least 2 years on specialty and min 1 year on performing audits.
• Conduct RCA /1 Year analysis on monthly audit data & publish the findings, conduct monthly quality session for operations teams to share top improvements & preventive actions, Conduct TNA on need basis for bottom quartile management and Flexibility to shift
• Mandatory Skills (Must-Have): Participate in monthly calibration sessions with operations & clients, Discuss audit sheets changes on need basis with the operations & clients and Problem solving skills
• Desirable Knowledge & Skills (Good to have) – Ensure proper and efficient team communications and good understanding of DME-RCM is preferred. Independent contributor without minimum supervision, Enthusiastic for continuous improvement, independent & taking decisions independently
