Job Description/Skills Required

I. Institutionalize key supply chain processes by aligning with the central supply chain team in order to build planning, supply coordination and distribution capabilities in the region
II. Implement and sustain a robust regional S&OP process and ensure the requisite infrastructure is in place in order to ensure product availability
III. Setup and manage a robust distribution network by selecting a third party logistics partner and continuously monitoring operations to ensure on-time delivery
IV. Monitor and manage inventory in the region by ensuring effective implementation of inventory norms in order to maximize availability while optimizing inventory levels.
V. Drive deployment of SAP and related systems by coordinating with the technology team to ensure smooth transition to SAP and trouble free supply chain operations.
