Job Description/Skills Required

For PO- Clinical

1. Working experience in at least one EMR/EHR
2. Understanding of Patient journey outpatient/inpatient
3. CPOE – order sets/Pharmacy orders
4. Clinical documentation
5. Laboratory workflows/Radiology workflows ( not mandatory if they have to know both, at least one dept is good).
6. Knowledge of ICD code, snowmed etc ( desirable).
7. Working knowledge/hands on at least one EMR/EHR on core modules.

For PO- RCM

• US Health care domain knowledge, Revenue Cycle Management Client Handling skills, Slicing of stories

Expected to have some working experience in all or at least few of the process mentioned below:

1. Candidate should have thorough knowledge on patient’s life cycle (like patient scheduling and registration to final payment)
2. Patient registration and scheduling
3. Benefit Authorization
4. Coding and compliance
5. Charge capture
6. Claim submission
7. Billing and reconciliation.
8. Payment posting.
9. Denial management
10. Provider enrolment
