b. Domain Expertise : Knowledgeable and proficient in Therapy / Brands handled in current assignment. If a Trainer already, good in facilitation skill , knowledgeable in steps of Training and on the job coaching skill. Understands trends and competition related to promotional strategies and Products. Knows how to handle objections and cutomer resistance.
c. Process Orientation : Plans and executes work keeping in mind performance objectives.
d. Drive For Results : Displays high energy, initiative, commitment to results in his current role and takes accountability for action.
