Role & responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy and road-map
- Technical training to sales teams and to chalk-out a quarterly calendar
- Attend monthly/quarterly/yearly review meetings
- Prepare technical data sheets, literature and other related promotional and marketing tools.
- Collect market data for competitor brands by coordinating with sales teams.
- Attend technical meetings with Pharma Practitioners.
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the products for digital marketing.
- Develop new products as per market & sales team needs and improvements in to existing products range.
- Must be able to travel extensively for field working whenever it is necessary.
- Should have an excellent computer knowledge for preparing various tools.
- Should have analytical skills for product movement on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- To make overall budget to ensure success and to prepare annual brand wise Target
Any other additional portfolio’s given by the Management from time to time.
