Job description
Role & responsibilities
Analyst – Bioanalytical Research:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of biological samples using various bioanalytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS/MS, ELISA).
- Perform routine laboratory tasks, including sample handling, reagent preparation, and equipment maintenance.
- Support method development, validation, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior scientists.
- Collect, record, and analyze experimental data accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and organized laboratory notebooks and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Clinical Trial Assistant – Clinical Operations:
- To get the documents from Central Drive, Print and prepare file accordingly and dispatch to the respective sites prior to the Ethics Committee meeting conduct at site
- To co-ordinate and Prepare the SIV kits, Study related material (NS Bottle, Syringe & Needle, Instrument- Digital clock, thermo hygrometer, Data logger, Infusion Pump) and dispatch to the site before the Site Initiation Visit.
- To arrange the IMP (Investigational Medicinal Product) shipments at the site coordinate with the Pharmacist Team & logistics vendor before patients randomize the study.
- To arrange the PK sample (Blood Sample) shipment and co-ordinate with the logistic vendor and deliver to Bio Analytical Team.
- To draft the site invoice according to Study based patients & send to site.
- To follow up with Site for Signed invoice, prepare Inter Office Memo with duly signed of respective sign authority (PM, HOD, COO) and submit to Finance department
- To arrange the phlebotomist as per contact and make travel plan (Tickets, advance payment, Hotel Stay for Sample collection) & sent to site before the patients randomize.
