Job Description/Skills Required

• Planning for packing activity as per monthly packing plan.
• Evaluate the packing schedule on the following points namely, Material availability, Machine loading Vs the packing plan.
• Manpower allocation, monitoring & controlling and tool talk training.
• Handling of QMS related documents like Change Control, FMECA, Deviation, RiskAssessment, Market complaint investigation.
• Involve in Area & equipment’s monitoring, cleaning & proper maintaining.
• Co-ordination with QA, QC, Warehouse and Engineering for related activities.
• Prepare advance daily packing plan and arranges the things required for the next day packaging plan execution.
• Co-ordination with QA department for preparation and review of BPR.
• Preparation of New Sops and review of Sops periodically.
• Responsible for preparation of SOP, Review the SOP and give the training of SOP to the concern person.
• Check process parameters and maintain the process within specified limit and understand the limits of yield and control the process loss within the limit.

Desired Candidate Profile : Having qualification of B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy , 7-10 Years of experience in OSD , Bottle line packing. sound knowledge in Packing machinery
