Job description:
- Responsible for sales achievement & P&L management for USV custom synthesis business. Overseeing the direct sales & marketing operations of the existing custom & cosmetic peptide & specialty chemicals business. Lead Generation for new business opportunities Develop relationship with key decision-makers in client organization for existing business. Develop an on-going strategy to enable the delivery of profitable sales growth from the existing customer base as well as adding new business. Development and implementation of marketing plans & new initiatives. Coordinating with functional team to map client needs, and respond to enquiries. Responsible for developing periodic market trends, competitive pricing. Responsible for quote to order conversion rates and average Turn Around Time Coordination with the technical team for timely execution of orders. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share metrics. Develop the Annual budget for the business and execute its achievement.
