- Process orders in SAP system. Follow up internally with technical team to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customers’ requests. Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments. Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. Analyze statistics/data to determine the level of customer service. Manage and respond to customer feedback. Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards. Implement improvements to customer service. MIS preparation. Report outstanding dues and communicate to concerned teams.
