Job Description/Skills Required

1. Managing servers like Hardware (HP & DELL), Operating System (Windows 2008, 2012, 2016). Backup Hardware (Commvault, etc.), Software (Veritas Veeam) AD user creation & management, File Server.
2. Operating end user devices like laptop, desktops, Thin Clients (HP, Dell, Lenovo) MS Office (2010, 2013 & 2016), O365/M365 Backup solution Peripherals – Printers, Scanners, Audio Conference devices.
3. Assisting local network Ethernet & Fiber Cabling, L2 & L3 Switches, Wi-Fi Access Point. WAN MPLS, ILL, Broadband. Cisco Routers.
4. Ensuring IT security like Firewall (PaloAlto), Antivirus, etc.
5. Effectively handling pharma domain instruments software with computers & servers, Computer System Validations understanding including IQ, OQ & PQ, Validations, Change control, Deviations, Pharma-Secure server, BMS system, Production systems and machines (Ex. ACG, AFY, SAAN, PAM-Glatt, SEAMS etc.)
6. End to End coordination between users & vendors to fulfil & meet the actual requirements.
7. Collaborating of video conference hardware (Cisco, Polycom, etc.), VC software (MS Team, WebEx, Zoom, Google meet, etc.)
8. Assuring checks on UPS, CCTV, etc.
