Job Description/Skills Required
1.Wet and HPLC analysis of RM/PM/IPQC/INT/FP/PD lab/Stability samples/AMT & PSD
samples.2. Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions and preparation of regen, indicator
solutions.3. Preparation and Maintenance of SOP’s.4. To maintain the housekeeping of “Quality Control lab” as well as stability area.5. Packing and labeling of stability samples.6. Charging and withdrawal of stability samples.7. Filing stability raw data.8. Sending stability samples for outside testing.9. Tracking the report of analysis for outside testing of stability samples.10. Performing Calibration/ Qualification of Quality Control instruments.11. Daily calibration of pH meter, balance and standardization of KF autotitrator.12. Daily monitoring of instrumental room and refrigerator & Stability room.13. Daily temperature and humidity monitoring and its printouts of stability chamber.14. Monthly alarm testing of stability chamber.15. Maintaining of stability schedule and calender.16. Daily monitoring of ELGA water reording.17. Issuance of laboratories event form.18. Disposal of analyzed samples of IPQC, PDL, IM, stability and FP.19. Silica gel charging and replacement. ( Balance/KF/UV/Desiccator)20. Receipt of sampling request of IM/FP.21. Management of reference standard solution with documentation.22. Receipt of sampling request of IM/FP and GRN of raw material.
