Job Description/Skills Required
- Handling of Brand Portfolio: IP fencing around brand products (API and Biologics), performing patentability analysis, Patent Drafting, Patent Filing, Prosecution, and management of portfolio.
- Patent Drafting for API and Biotech patents;
- Patent prosecution in major markets: US, EP, JP, CN, BR, RUCIS, IN, CA.
- Conducting literature searches; Preparing IP landscape, Infringement analysis, FTO reports, Patentability analysis; Invalidity search, due diligence.
- Assisting Patent litigation for Indian and US, Assisting in legal works and CDAs etc.
- Patent drafting and prosecution for all major markets;
- Practical experience in handling IP databases such as Scifinder, orbit, Darts IP.
- Knowledge of prior art searching.
- Knowledge of IP laws of at least IN, US and EP.
