Job Description/Skills Required

1. Literature search (Intellectual search for technical information through a variety of resources including

3. Planning and execution of Lab trials (Design and development of pharmaceutical dosage forms)
4. Documentation of test results, Data compilation
5. Perform reformulation and Stability study as per current guidance and Regulatory expectations
6. Execution and monitoring of Scale up and Exhibit batches
7. Supervise, Guide the team members/scientists for development trials
8. Utilization of resources (manpower, raw materials) in efficient manner
9. Data compilation and interpretation to decide the way forward
10. Strategy finalization (IP, Lit search, Experimental trial data)
11. Co-ordination with CFT’s (SCM/AD/BE/IP/QA/QC/TT/Production) for product delivery in efficient manner
12. Team management
13. Ensure delivery of product as per stipulated timelines

Pharma formulation experience background is must required, good in communication skills and expected Industrial technical knowledge.
