Job Description/Skills Required:Â
- Reporting to Manager (Technology Transfer), Packaging Development Asst Manager/Deputy Manager is a technical expert who is responsible for leading the packaging development for new products / existing product related post-marketing changes following the requirement of USFDA, MHRA, EU and Emerging Markets.
- Packaging Development for new products, Labeling
- Selection of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Packaging in consultation with Formulation and Development/Marketing/Commercial Team/RA/Quality
- Characterization and reverse engineering of reference products
- Packaging materials development, testing requirements, laying down specification for all kind of packing materials and related documentation
- Batch Packing Records preparation, Change Control preparation and approval related to packaging development department
- Proper filing of the documentation
- Packaging related post-marketing changes
