🔧 Job Profile & Exposure for Global market –
• Literature search related to API/ Formulation and preparing IP Landscape reports.
• To prepare FTO (Freedom to Operate) analysis for formulation/ API and Intermediates.
• Patent Infringement Analysis of formulations / API and providing IP clearance to F&D / API teams.
• Providing preliminary IP status for countries of interest.
• Country based Litigation Tracking.
• Patentability analysis and drafting of Patent Application
• Ensure updation of the report.
