Job Description/Skills Required
- Calculate RM & PM requirement against Forecast / Demand file / TRMR / FPSP / Site shift requirement
- Maintain RM & PM inventory as per plan.
- Keep a close track of vendor wise material receipts and delivery status to have No or minimum impact on production plan
- RM & PM indenting in SAP as per final requirement
- Follow up with Procurement team for material shortage against planned requirement.
- To monitor, on a daily basis, the material receipts and follow up with purchase department for material shortages and with QC for analysis as per priority.
- Monitor near expiry / slow moving / non-moving materials, assign reason and responsibilities and inform to concerned department for corrective actions
- Prepare MIS reports and plan Vs Actual reports.
- Maintaining different material views in SAP system.
