• Work on assigned mediumlong term initiatives of the company across various functions of the business like marketing and operations
• For identified initiatives, the incumbent needs to plan tasks, research data, set deadlines, implement tasks with and through people, report progress and ensure deliverables.
• Be part of regular progress reviews and submit periodic MIS and reports on time to the management.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure commitments are met
• Manage the initiatives agenda of the MD and suggest suitable initiatives that contribute to strategic growth of the company
• Work with external agencies and consultants as needed to ensure successful implementation.
