Job Description/Skills Required
- Engage in Corporate Standards Processes
- Contribute to the development and updates of Teva Corporate Standards and oversee the implementation of standards into the sites within the SMSO segment to insure the Teva QMS is in place, in use, and is effective. Provide guidance to site managers and employees to ensure compliance with Teva’s global standards, regulatory guidelines and cGMP requirements.
- Input, Review and Approval of Complex Investigations
- Support complex investigations at the sites to ensure comprehensive, scientific, well-written investigations utilize robust root cause analysis tools with appropriate CAPA which are critical to prevent Health Authority enforcement actions and mitigate risk to Teva.
- Support the Implementation of the Site Inspection Readiness Program
- In collaboration with site compliance teams, support the implementation, maintenance, change process, and continuous improvement plans for the site inspection readiness program.
- Work with the sites to ensure that a robust inspection readiness plan is in place and is working. Support the design of what “success” looks like and implement readiness tools and preparedness.
- Evaluate and Endorse the Site Inspection Readiness Program
- Collaborate with the site compliance teams to assure the inspection readiness program (documents/activities) is robust, that the site is ready to successful manage any audit or inspection at any time.
