Roles and Responsibilities
Operate and maintain granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling machines to ensure efficient production.
Conduct regular cleaning and sanitizing of equipment to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems promptly.
Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-8 years of experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dose) manufacturing plant operations or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Master’s degree (M.Pharma).
Strong understanding of formulation development, granulation processes, compression techniques, coating methods, capsule filling procedures.
Proficiency in operating various types of machinery such as tablet presses, capsule fillers, coaters etc.
