Job Role or Description
- 0Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment 2. Processing of invoice as per PO/RC terms & condition and also follow work instruction mentioned in IMS process. 3. Prioritize invoices according to payment terms. 4. To ensure that all necessary documentation in compliance with directives issued by Contracts & BA Legal cell are ensured at the time of payment process. 5. Reconciliation of Business Associate accounts and get “No Demand Certificate” in case of recurring payments at the time of final payment. 6. Assist in month end & quarterly closing activity & prepare schedule as per management and statutory requirement. 7. Reconciliation of control accounts viz-SRIR, GRIR, LD, Provisions, and Recovery Accounts etc. 8. Reconciliation of Bank Accounts on monthly basis as per timelines mentioned in BRS IMS process. 9. Participating effectively in the negotiation meetings with the vendors 10. To perform any other work allocated by Top Management based on Organization requirements
