Job Description/Skills Required

Technical:

1. More than 6 years of experience as a business analyst/consultant in Life Sciences drug development process
2. Knowledge of and/or exposure to the life sciences industry:
3. Knowledge of drug development process, current challenges and key developments
4. Should have awareness of technology trends in patient facing technologies, healthcare systems
5. Strong business analysis capability with relevant certifications
6. Proven experience of business analysis in a new product or system development engagement
7. Possession of working experience of SDLC cycle and the agile method of software development involving different tools/software platforms for requirements management, issues tracking etc
8. Ability to develop business case and make sales and pre-sales presentation to mid to senior-level management

Behavioral:

1. Self-motivation and self-drive: the individual must have the drive to do things on his/her own without being supervised
2. Self-organizing: the individual must be able to manage his/her dependencies by proactively seeking out help/support, asserting the needs and working on the solution following the leads

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

• Perform architecture and high level design of the platform (across the backend, services, frontend areas) for functionality additions, new integrations, upgrades
• Research on latest/upcoming technologies and help select the best choices for the platform
• Review and contribute to the DevOps architecture of the platform
• Perform code reviews, test cases review wherever required
• Participate in customer discussions, demos, workshops, RFPs
