Job Description/Skills Required
•   Ensure effective initiation by creating a charter, bringing appropriate set of stakeholders together and by completing system requirements for initiation
•   Prepare planning documents, including schedule, and secure requisite approvals
•   Ensure effective execution by running review meetings at desired frequency through adequate agenda setting, capturing decisions and action item and by actively following up action items to completion
•   Ensure right level of control through effective use of governance frameworks and established escalation mechanisms
•   Apply project management principles to ensure on time and in full deliveries

•   Build and maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders

•   Liaise with quality control, quality assurance, finance, logistics, supply chain to ensure smooth execution of projects
•   Ensuring safety of self, teams and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace.
