Job Description/Skills Required
 The candidate should be able to lead cardiovascular biology drug discovery projects, have hands on experience in echocardiography and working with ipsc-derived cardiomyocytes
Key Responsibilities:
- a. Characterize heart failure rodent models using echocardiography and other downstream assays
- b. Handling of cardiomyocytes (primary or ipsc-derived or established cardiomyocyte cell lines, mixed co-culture systems)
- c. Ideation of novel drug targets in heart failure therapeutic area, ex vivo/in vitro validation of novel targets
- d. Lead/ support drug discovery programs
- e. Presentation and communication of data to relevant teams
- f. Following Syngenes data quality, integrity and EHSS guidelines
