Key Responsibilities:
Antibody Drug Conjugation (ADC) and purification
Handling FPLC/AKTA, TFF and related instruments
Instrument Calibration and maintenance
Carrying out assigned projects
SDS-PAGE analysis
Maintaining contemporaneous lab notebooks during the experiment
Work in a multidisciplinary environment to achieve the project goals
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree with 1-3 yrs.
Technical/functional Skills:
Handling FPLC/AKTA, TFF and related instruments
Experience with SDS-PAGE gels, western blots
Analytical characterization of Protein and Antibodies; Handling analytical HPLC/UPLC, etc. will be added advantage
Maintaining Lab notebooks
Data analysis & Documentation
Instrument calibration and maintenance
SOP and report preparation
