 Job Purpose:
A highly motivated individual with strong interest in in vivo/ in vitro bioanalysis is required for SARC (Syngene Amgen Research center) collaboration. In this position, candidate will perform compound managment to support drug discovery.
 Key Responsibilities:
Project wise Compound management using automated LHS.
Perform serial dilution using robotic liquid handlers like Agilent Bravo and Tecan freedom evoware.
Proficient in writing scripts for liquid handlers as per project requirements.
Contemporaneous recording and maintaining the compound libraries database using Excel trackers.
Preparing assay ready plates (ARP) for various program.
Timely catering the ARP plates to stake holders.
Additionally, candidate must perform invitro biochemical and cell-based assay as per client requirement.
Receive and Record compound receipt details from medicinal chemist and prepare appropriate DMSO stocks.
Troubleshooting wherever required during any critical breakdown of liquid handlers or in bioassays.
Educational Qualification:Â MSc (Biochemistry/Biochemistry) from reputed university.
Work Experience:Â 0-3Â years in industry.
Technical/Functional Skills:
Experience in handling liquid handlers.
Experience handling various cell lines, should have basic knowledge in handling critical Enzymes/proteins,
Experience in using multimode readers would be an added advantage.
Data analysis using Graph pad prism.
Well versed with MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
