- Contract labour management of the site and monitoring the statutory compliance for the respective Contractor engaged by Syngene.
- Responsible for housekeeping of the office premises, Cafeteria management and arrangement of the evening snacks as per department requirement.
- Management of transportation facilities for employees, new joinee employees and project trainee.
- Facilitate accommodation arrangements for the new joinee employees and provide support to new joinee for smooth settling down in the organization.
- To liaison with Police, Government / Statutory bodies as per the requirement. Also, liaison with Legal department for any statutory compliance.
- Coordination and distribution of visiting cards, name stickers and lab coats to all employees working in scientific area. Also, courier’s management.
- Organize special lunch/dinner/snacks and transportation for Guests/Clients as per requirement and availability.
