Vacancy details :

• 1) Design and perform recombinant DNA techniques (enzymatic, PCR, RT-PCR, vector design/construction, gene cloning) and verify gene by sanger sequence analysis 2) Subcloning, Denovo cloning, Gibson assembly 3) Plasmid preparations, archiving and cataloging plasmids. 4) Genomic DNA/RNA isolation 5) sequencing data analysis 6) Diligent documentation writing detailed E-Lab Notebooks 7) Create and formalize molecular biology-specific protocols, when appropriate, to be utilized in future evaluations. 8) Co-ordinate work with other functions / departments to achieve project objectives
