Job Description/Skills Required :
- preparing AutoCAD layout plans of the projects assigned
- rate analysis & value engineering
- technical coordination & supervision mainly in installation of Electrical, Mechanical,
Plumbing & HVAC services works as per approved BOQs - preparing project schedules and its adherence
- scheduling, managing & allocating work to all the vendors as per BOQs
- maintaining accurate records of work performed at site, materials used, and associated
costs - determine work requirements and sequence of work assignments through review of POs,
work orders, plans, or drawings - highlight and raise flags of any risk related to successful delivery of the project to SPARC
- any other activity related to the successful completion of the project
