Job Description/Skills Required
- The position is responsible for strategic planning and development of North America standard response letters (SRLs) and custom response letters (CRLs), including management of escalated inquiries, for use by medical personnel to provide narrowly tailored and scientifically balanced medical information on SUN marketed products and investigational compounds to external (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals) and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient processes are followed. In addition, this position will manage the MLR approval process for SRLs and will obtain, organize and disseminate all related scientific literature for these marketed products.
