Job description:
- Designing Training Calendar basis discussion with functional head at Sales Training
- Scheduling interview & training programs in co-ordination with Field HR
- Maintaining training records of newly selected persons
- Providing support to the new joinees for their “On-boarding” process
- Preparing review reports regarding training activities & maintaining records – creation of MIS
- Accounting at Mahakali Training Centre
- Supervise Mahakali Training Centre operation
- Handling petty cash & Preparing cash vouchers
