Job Description/skills Required:Â
- Ensure quality, timely delivery & cost effective procurement of Capex, Spares & Consumables and Services from authorized sources.
- Identify competitive vendors for various items & operating supplies and their suitability.
- Timely processing of indents as per specification detail.
- Coordination with internal customers to identify various priority requirements & vendor follow ups
- Floating of enquiries, Collections of quotes and Preparation of QCFs and Finalization then offline negotiations.
- Release of PO, Rate Contracts on time to time basis
- Alternate sources & vendor development for better quality of material and maximise savings.
- Consolidation of requirement for all manufacturing locations & coordination for centralised negotiations & rates finalization.
- Vendor negotiations, identification of alternative sources to achieve better quality of material, cost effectiveness and avoid bottlenecks.
