Job Description:
- Responsible analytical method development & validation for Biosimilar products.
- Characterization of innovator product sourced from different geographical region and preparation of quality target profile.
- Analytical similarity assessment of biosimilar product using orthogonal methods.
- Preparation and review of method development reports (MDR) and analytical test procedures (ATP).
- Responsible for operating and maintaining analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP regulations.
- Responsible for managing the regulatory queries.
B) R&D Biotechnology – Cell Line Development & Cloning
Job Description :
- Candidate should have sound knowledge about cell line development (Mammalian & Microbial platform) and molecular biology related techniques.
- Should be able to design experiments, troubleshoot data and maintain proper documentation of work as per SOP.
- Hands on experience with Cell printer, single cell cloning for mAb development, expression vector cloning, real time PCR is necessary.
- Candidate is expected to work individually/as part of a team as per project requirements
