- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods using LC/MS, HOLC, UPLC and analyze sample in biological matrix such as blood, Plasma, Urine, Bile feces and tissue homogenate. Maintain LC- MS instruments in working conditions and coordinate maintenance Review bio analytical method developments and validation protocol, raw data and reports Troubleshoot bio analytical method issues Develop and validate dose formulation analytical methods and analyses samples by HPLC in GLP environments Troubleshooting day to day instruments related issues. The candidate will be responsible for method developments, Validation and sample analysis in biological matrix.
