Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Executing production (Coating & Pellet Area) and manpower schedules / plans for smooth execution within time & cost parameters.
- 2. Coordinating with various departments for ensuring the accomplishment of daily & monthly production targets.
- 3. Ensuring complete in-process quality control and continuous improvement in process capabilities.
- 4. Investigating the unusual / unacceptable results, process validation & cleaning validation samples, monitoring in process, blend analysis and reaction monitoring samples.
- 5. Ensuring quality across raw materials, work in progress, finished goods in various functional Departments as per cGMP certifications.
- 6. Mentoring & directing quality – routine and non routine issues by interacting with concerned departments of projects till final completion
- 7. Delegating work schedules; preparing & implementing the SOP guidelines; leading & monitoring performance of team to ensure efficiency in operations.
- 8. Identifying and developing SME.
- 9. Ensuring optimum quality in Operational and Technical functions.
- 10. Leading and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations
