Job Description/Skills Required
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and hiring process across all business functions of Corporate and Plants in Pharma. Strategizing recruitment plans as per business priorities, critical positions and TAT
- Deploying competitive hiring practices like Employee referrals, IJPs, Career portal, Job Portals, Walk-in-drives, Social networking and Internal Opportunities and maintaining a consistent pool of candidates.
- To pre-screen candidates on differ parameters (Leadership, Communication, Compatibility, Fitment for the role, Moral grounds, Pedigree, Growth pattern etc.) & share the CVs with the hiring managers and follow up on the feedback.
- Taking HR rounds of final shortlisted candidates, doing reference check, salary negotiations, making them understand about compensation structure, organization hierarchy, band structure and finalizing DOJs. Preparing offer letters and taking approvals from reporting manager on offered CTC and issuing the same to candidates. Initiating transition process in One HR to intimate HR Operations and Central team regarding new joining.
- HR Deck and Headcount tracker on regular basis to ensure proper tacking of Vacant/Hold/Newly Open positions
- Building various low cost sourcing channels
- Creating systems for stakeholder engagement.
- Creating a pipeline (Talent Pooling) for seamless functioning of sourcing strategies to cover for urgent requirements.
- Coordinating with the Business HR and Operations Team in initiating interview kick-offs.
- Handling recruitment channel partners across Plants.
- Examining various HR metrics, tracking personnel movement, head count, staffing analysis, assisting promotion processes, maintaining the employee data base.
