Job Description/Skills Required
Sr Off-Production
- To take and give charge of the activities while shift change over to and from the reliever.To take care of the process parameters, quality and yield of various products in plant during shift.Co –ordination with warehouse for Issuance /receipt/transfer/movement and control of materials /products.Identification and labeling on containers of products/vessel/equipment/drums/area.Training, guidance, to the plant operators/Technician regarding process ,GMP and safety practices.To get the house keeping done. To keep the plant clean and dry and to maintain the plant all time ready for internal as well as external audit.Co-ordination with engineering department for utilities and routine maintenance job.

Executive-QC
- To procure the laboratory standards according to the requirements.
- Daily work allocation based on monthly and daily schedule.
- Analysis of finished product and stability samples.
- To receipt of all laboratory standard and maintaining the inventory, records and labeling according to the procedure.
- Qualification of Working Standards and management of Laboratory standards (Like – Reference Standards/Primary Standards/Calibration Standards, etc.) in QC Lab.
- Initiation of change control, Lab event, deviation etc. in track wise.
- To performed periodically Calibration, Preventive maintenance, Performance verification and Qualification of instruments.
- Issuance & receiving of HPLC/GC Column.
- Raising of the work request in SAP for Breakdown of instrument/equipment/area, maintaining temp/RH etc.
- Daily recording of Temperature & RH (Testo Saveris) of QC laboratory (including refrigerator, Dee freezer).
