Job Description/Skills Required
Officer- QA Doc Cell and Sampling (Sterile API)
- To perform Management of document cell.
- Document retrieval and issuance with EDAMS software
- Storage and destruction of document as per document handling SOP
- To perform finished product sampling of Sterile API as per SOP.
- Environmental monitoring data punching and trend preparation and its evaluation.
- Preparation of bioburden trend and its evaluation.
- In process, Environment Monitoring, water, and finished product sampling as per Printouts of automated systems like DHS, Autoclave, IT exacta machine, Lyophilizer e.Batch production/batch cleaning record review and filling of batch review checklist.
- Review of BMS and FMS trends.
- Finished product labeling and relabeling, secondary packing operation and related documents.
- Review and archival of documents generated by IPQA and QA as per SOP.
- To perform cross contamination sampling of Sterile API as per SOP.

Jr Off-Qc
1.Analysis of on-line in-process samples , Raw materials and intermediate / Finished (API) / Stability Samples/Other Samples.
2.Preparation and monitoring of TLC related standard solution and detergent solution record.
3.Calibration of pH meter, Analytical Balance, Halogen moisture Analyzer, Karl Fischer Apparatus, TLC Visualizer.
4.Online raw data recording and documentation through LIMS Software.
5.Analysis of particle size by Malvern / Sieve and Bulk Density.
6.Sampling activity : Intermediate, API, Raw Material, In-process (Recovered Solvents) and Validation samples etc.
7.To monitor and Maintain Sampling tool and it’s cleanliness records.
8.Handling of Control Sample activity of Raw Material.
9.Monitoring laboratory cleaning activity and sampling room in warehouse.
10.Miscellaneous work in Quality Control department.
11.To monitor and set up the QC Documents and Chemicals/Reagent Stock management.
