Microbiologist Officer
- 1. Water analysis

- 3. Environment monitoring (EM)
- 4. Microbiological limit test (MLT)
- 5. Disinfectant efficacy test (DET)
- 6. Growth promotion test (GPT)
- 7. Primary packing material validation.
- 8. Calibration of Instrument
Production Sterile
- Experience in Aseptic area
- Filling Machine operator
- Autoclave, DHS, Vial Washing & Vial Sealing Machine
Mechanical Maintenance (Formulation OSD)
- To execute the assigned job as per SOPs & CGMP.
- To executive the preventive maintenance of Equipment’s and machines as per schedule.
- To keep proper utilization of energy in the block. To attend breakdown of Equipment’s & machines
- To reduce the down time through Schedule preventive & proactive maintenance
- To keep Equipment’s & machines in healthy & running condition To keep a proper uses of spares in quantity and quality.
- To do the online documentation of maintenance activity. To maintain discipline in the department.
- To follow EHS practices ,compliance & safety during work. Optimum running of assigned equipment in Block A with minimum breakdown & Compliance of P.M. Schedules and SOPs.
- To Maintain record of all the reports on daily basis for maintenance of equipment. Any other improvement /project job as assigned by Supervisor Engg
