Job description
1. Planning and preparation of qualification protocols and documents for equipment, instruments, systems, including of utilities, manufacturing process, packing equipment.
2. Review, execution and compilation of qualification protocols and documents for equipment, instruments, systems, including of utilities, manufacturing process, packing equipment.
3. Preparation of yearly and add-on schedule for Periodic Performance Verification-Performance Testing (PPV-PTS).
4. Preparation of yearly and add-on schedule for Periodic Performance Verification-Support Programme Review (PPV-SPR).
5. Follow and ensure compliance of validation SOPs, policy documents and written procedures.
6. Follow and ensure the current Good Manufacturing Practices as per applicable SOPs.
7. Provide training to the personnel involved in qualification and validation activities as & when required.
8. Arrangement, Tracking, Preparation, Review & compliance for the document required for Inspection at site.
9. Co-ordination with CFT for smooth functioning of qualification activity.
10. Participation in quality improvement projects.
11. Extend need based support to DF Sites, viz. Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited (SPIL), India sites and Overseas DF locations.
12. Any other responsibility that may be assigned by HOD or reporting manager from time to time.

2. To perform line clearance in Parenteral packing and Parenteral ware house facility.
3. To perform In-process checks during packing operation and sampling for any study as applicable.
4. To perform In-process & finished product sampling and management of sample through LIMS 5.0
5. To perform AQL of visually inspected and packed goods.
6. To prepare/review of SOPs/Protocols and other GMP documents as applicable.
7. Review of new/revised/ executed BPRs.
8. To check / Review of the log books related to Parenteral Packing and Parenteral Ware House.
9. To perform assessment of breakdown of packing machines / systems as per requirement.
10. To perform GAP Analysis.
11. To prepare and review of Annual Product Review.
12. To prepare and review of risk assessment pertaining to Packing.
13. To perform control, stability and any other sampling and management of sample through LIMS 5.0
14. To perform / participate in investigations as per requirement.
15. To check and review the Audit Trial Report in Parenteral Packing and Parenteral Ware House.
16. Reviewed BPRs archived through EDAMS.
17. To perform Finished Sample Posting and the Batch Release activity through SAP.
18. To check and ensure online rejection, rejection of received defective material, storage of cold chain materials, quality checks sampling.
