Job Description/Skills Required
- Purchasing activity of Instruments calibration, validation & mapping.
- Inter-personal skill to discuss technically with user and vendor.
- Hands on working on SAP in Purchase Function and prepare different types of reports through system.
- Follow up with Vendors for delivery as per Schedule specified in Purchase Order or completion of services.
- Co-ordination with finance department for timely Payment to vendors.
- Timely Updating of Pending list Report, etc.
- Support for audits.
- Co-ordination with User Department & Supplier for timely execution / completion of services & Highlight Delays if any.
- Co-ordinate with Supplier & User team for compliance & documentation
- Computer skills Good in Excel & PPT
- Should have excellent communication skill both verbal and written
- Preferably candidate who is working in Pharma Industry.
- The candidate may be assigned additional or different role within the procurement function as per the requirement.
